How weekly cashback is calculated
Weekly cashback means getting back a set percentage of your total losses for the week. The calculation is straightforward — subtract your total winnings from your total losses to get your net loss. Cashback is then applied to that net loss based on your tier.
Each new week starts on Monday and the previous week's cashback is automatically added to your account. You do not need to make a separate claim to receive it.
If you have no net loss in a given week — meaning your winnings exceed your losses — cashback does not apply that week. Cashback is only added in weeks where there is a net loss.

The path to moving up tiers
